This is accomplished through a staff with recognized capabilities and personal experience in complex programs design and implementation. The highest priority is always given to the interests of the customer.

Ownership and Management
Zeta is owned entirely by its employees. All members of the staff participate in the ownership of the company through the stock option plan.
Corporate Growth
Zeta grows in areas related to its core competencies and mission focus. It does not “grow for growth’s sake” but instead expands as necessary to meet critical customer requirements, develop new markets important to the national interest, and diversify for financial stability and independence.
Zeta maintains a staff sufficient in number to encompass the range of skills and backgrounds necessary for superior performance. Staff size is limited and organized to maintain an efficient company with minimal management structure and short lines of communication. The corporation continually grows in terms of capabilities and performance, but not necessarily in size.
